Headliner James Dorsey will be joined by John Perrotta and the evening will be hosted by former AHS comic Joe Hurley!

James Dorsey:
James-DorseyAfter receiving his first D- for conduct in the second grade, James realized school was not his cup of tea and took his “disruptive in class” trademark to the stand-up stage and never looked back!  He shares life experiences through animated, high energy , witty act outs and facial expressions. His use of  imitations and characters is incredibly vivid and entertaining.  James was the national winner of the Catch a New Rising Star competition,  the winner of the Plymouth Rock Comedy Festival and has performed at the prestigious Boston Comedy Festival .  James has been featured on the cover of Worcester Magazine, in Pulse Magazine, The Boston Herald, on Spike TV, the MyTV Network and Comcast on Demand.    James’ performance on stage has  been described as “Flawless, smooth and original.  A born professional”.  James has shared the stage with Patrice O’Neal, Gilbert Gottfried, Billy Gardell, Lenny Clarke, Jimmy Dunn, Mick Foley, Rachel Feinstein, Gary Gullman,  Don Gavin, Steve Sweeney,  Bryan Callen and Steven Wright.  He can be seen in every major comedy club in New England and will remain in your head and heart long after he has made his exit from the stage!!

John Perrotta:
John Perrotta “the Italian Don Rickles” has been performing stand-up comedy since 1991! John Perrotta is known for his rapid-fire delivery of one-liners and his ability to improv off any audience in a good natured way! John was voted Providence’s Best Comedian in the 2008 Providence Phoenix Reader’s Poll. John was inducted into the Rhode Island Comedy Hall of Fame in 2012. John Perrotta headlines at comedy clubs such as the Comedy Connection, Nick’s Comedy Stop, Catch A Rising Star, and for Dick Doherty’s Comedy Clubs! On 4/4/14 John Perrotta opened for America’s Got Talent runner-up Tom Cotter at the Comedy Connection! John has worked with such comedians as Bill Burr, Dane Cook, Colin Quinn, Gilbert Gottfried, and has opened for such musical acts as Eddie Money, John Cafferty, Juice Newton, & others. John Perrotta can help to make your party or corporate function a great success! John is also the owner of John Perrotta’s Comedy Factory-one of New England’s top traveling comedy clubs! John has put together hundreds of comedy shows at restaurants & night clubs throughout the New England area!

Joe Hurley:
Joe has been doing standup in and out of the classroom for 43 years as well as numerous MC appearances throughout the central Mass area—except Oxford.  He has also presented workshops on humor in the classroom and in nursing.
